2025 Workshop Series on "Techniques and Practice of Family-based Hydroponic Farming" in Santau Village, Lantau

Sponsored by the Lantau Conservation Fund, the Santau Village Farm Life Gallery and the Santau Farm Art Society will launch a series of "Workshops on the Techniques and Practice of Family-based Hydroponic Farming" in the period of March to Oct, 2025. Organizations are welcome to register for individual workshops before July 15. Participants will learn about organic farming and hydroponics, taste salad vegetables produced from our hydroponics farm, and work on a DIY device to bring home for practising hydroponic farming. Activities also include making and tasting Hakka traditional snacks together, visiting the Santau Village Farm Life Gallery, to understand village history and culture.
