Lantau Ecological Education Activities for Secondary Schools (Theme: Ecology of Lantau Bird)

The Lantau Ecological Education Activities for Secondary Schools (Theme: Ecology of Lantau Bird) introduce the bird ecology and biodiversity in Lantau for local secondary school students. Participants will first get to know the basic ecology and biodiversity of Hong Kong and Lantau through interactive indoor lecture and boardgame. After the lecture, participants will be guided by trained tertiary students and Lantau residents to a field trip conducted in Pui O, which is a bird watching hotspot in Lantau. Through the field trip, participants will further experience their learning from the lecture and raise their awareness on conservation of Lantau.
