"Repair Your Own Trails" volunteer training Programme

In the past, we have organized two years of "Repair Your Own Trails" volunteer training and established a team of volunteers for trail conservation. Lantau's trail is getting more and more popular these days, leading to high usage and causing problems like soil erosion and trail degradation.

This year, we are grateful to have the support of the Lantau Conservation Fund and for organizing another year of the "Repair Your Own Trails" volunteer training Programme. Volunteers will learn about trail problems and the concept of "Sustainable Trails" during the training, and most importantly, get hands-on experience in repairing the trails with handicrafts and natural materials in Lantau!

Volunteer Training Programme includes an Indoor workshop, outdoor study and a two-day, one-night - trail repairing camp.

Registration Deadline：2022.09.30 (FRI) (will undergo selection)

Free of Charge (Once being selected, a HK$500 deposit will be charged, and refund after completion of the training programme)
