From waste to food: mushroom cultivation with coffee grounds

Learn about the mushroom cultivation process and grow your own mushrooms. By utilizing used coffee grounds as a growth medium, we reduce waste and sustainably transform it into a new resource for local food cultivation.

In the workshop you will make your own cultivation bag and perform inoculation. The cultivation bag is yours to bring home, where you can observe the growth from start to finish and harvest your own mushroom.

The workshop is in collaboration with Urban Mushroom.
